Boys, meet sand

Late last night our local Jaycee's brought over 4 wheelbarrows full of wonderful sand to fill up the sandbox.  The boys were asleep when it happened, so they had a big surprise waiting for them this morning!

As you can see, they were quite excited and sent right to work excavating and building 'hills'.  Isaiah even did a little taste-test.  I am so happy that we decided to work the sandbox element into the design.  It is really in a perfect location, a spot that is shady for 95% of the day.  A perfect spot to let boys be boys!
